  • E.S.P. covers manufacturer breakage, defect, and normal usage.  Abuse of any kind will not be covered.  MacSpecialist reserves the final right to decide what constitutes abuse.
  • The E.S.P. valid dates will begin exactly 3 years and one day from the original date of purchase, and expire exactly 4 years from the date of purchase.
  • All E.S.P. repairs must be done at a MacSpecialist location, and will not be honored anywhere else.
  • E.S.P. is only valid for the original purchaser of the computer, and can not be transferred at any time for any reason.
  • E.S.P. is only valid when combined with purchase of a New Computer, and Applecare.  The Applecare must be purchased at the same time, on the same invoice as the computer.
  • Labor charges covered under ESP do not include data recovery. Valuable data should be backed up by the customer prior to checking in a machine.
